A complete transformation of this 1960’s unit on Omanu Beach.  Coast NZ was awarded a Silver in the Master Builders House of the Year awards for this renovation.  Clad in Taranaki Bevel back weatherboards; it has old charm with a new edge.  Coast NZ was involved from the design stage and completed not only the building work but the roofing, tiling throughout, kitchen installation, and bespoke furniture including vanities, master bed head, bunks and book shelves.  The workmanship on this build, like all of our builds is of an extremely high standard.
