This house was full of old charm which needed to be updated for it to hit the market.  Coast NZ completed minor renovations sprucing up this beauty with some new gib and decking, followed by key aesthetically pleasing results.  Coast NZ included in this contract painting, polishing wood floors and new bathrooms.
