This Mount Maunganui 1990s two storey beach house was in need of a tart up.  Coast NZ basically dropped the whole house right back to the concrete slab to start fresh on this one.  Crafting a beautifully light and airy beach house facing towards Mount Maunganui this home is one of a kind.  This build boasts a bespoke rimu balustrade and vanity in the powder room.  Large sliding interior cavity sliders create two walls within the living spaces, this means the clients can shut off from the large open plan living area to snuggle in and watch movies.  Clad in white weatherboards with large windows throughout, the gable roof pitch carried through into the living area gives such a sense of abundant space.
